Montrose House Wedding Booking Form
We are delighted that you have chosen Montrose House to host your special day.
The first step is to complete this booking form and pay your deposit for your selected package.
1) Saturday Package Deposit
$2722.50 (25% of the total wedding fee inclusive of GST) and your catering deposit of $1000 – so the total deposit due to secure your booking is $3722.50
2) Friday Package Deposit
$2172.50 (25% of the total wedding fee inclusive of GST) and your catering deposit of $1000 – so the total deposit due to secure your booking is $3172.50

Once you submit your form, we will reserve your date for you for the next 5 days. Please ensure you pay your deposit within 5 days to secure your date.
When you submit the booking form, you also confirm that you have read and accept our Montrose House Wedding Terms and Conditions.
Once you have sent the completed booking form and transferred the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation and receipt.
Please note, submission of this form is not a guarantee of your booking. Your booking is only considered confirmed when you receive written notification and your receipt from Montrose House.
In addition to the deposit listed above, we also require a refundable security bond of $1000 which is payable 1 week before your wedding.
